Last week I had the pleasure of being interviewed by Janah James, Brett Hill and Stephanie Wasylyk who host a great podcast together called That Paleo Show. They interviewed me about my background as a vegan and how I transitioned to the autoimmune protocol, as well as some of the details surrounding my diagnosis and recovery. We also cover the basics of the autoimmune protocol and how to get started.
I was first introduced to That Paleo Show by listening to their interview with Norah Gedgaudas. Recently I have enjoyed their episodes on what to eat for breakfast and leaky gut. If you are looking for an informative, quick paleo podcast to incorporate into your routine, I highly recommend them – the episodes are short (30 minutes), informative and don’t have a lot of chatter.
